Penn State also doesn't get the ball back on defense (301st).
Penn State also doesn't get to the line all that often (261st).

We also don't allow many trips to the line (13th).

I assume you were trying to stick to only three key players, but Ayers will be almost as important to our fortunes as McAlarney. We don't need both of them to be scoring, but we do need points from one of them.

pringle's 3 point % is mmm mmm good....sorry couldn't resist

it should be a good game, especially with all the heated commentary between the PSU blogger and Black and Green

but with this ND team who knows? we have the potential to demolish PSU by 30 or lose by 10 in a real ugly game

Let's hope that Pringle keeps to stroking it in the library and not from the three-point line.

What a romantic.

I do try to stick to three statistical points for the scouting report and key players. As you pointed out, that can create a couple holes in the preview. I almost went with Ayers over Jackson (usually the three players are the top three scorers), but wanted to show off how Tory helps the team in other categories.

This is stupid on my part but when is this game?

9 on espn2. It's the second semifinal.

Good luck tonight, guys. May the best team (i.e.: Penn State) win.

I agree, may the best team win.

Unless that's not ND, in which case, may the worst team win.

And I'd wish PSU good luck, but I'd be lying. I'd like to see them have awful, rotten luck.

Thank God Hillensland is a senior because all he does on offense is try to get rid of the ball. He doesn't know how to play. He tries to get rid of the ball because he just doesn't it want it in his hands. Why Brey played him is beyond me. He is always just lost.
