i'm not sure if i like the way the big east tourny is looking for nd. I love the fact that we will probably get a shot at gtown or lville in the semis on a neutral court, but marquette in the quarters is much more frightening than say pitt or wvu.

Marquette in the quarterfinals scares me too. If the Irish survive to the semifinals, there's nothing to lose. I'd love a shot at one of the best teams in the conference on a neutral court with our guys playing loose (see G'town last year).

Best case scenario is for Connecticut to lose some time next week and give the Irish the three seed, making our first game in NYC that much easier.
