For Those Wanting to Watch This Game...

espn360.com is great if your ISP provides it. Just download the player and watch the game live.

EDIT: No local tv. If you try ESPN360.com, the games are mislabeled. I could watch the Irish for a few minutes on the Georgia Tech/Miami channel, but now that game is playing and the Mississippi St./Georgia contest is on both the ND channel and its own feed. So no ND online right now. ESPN is great...

Check this out: http://und.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/011008aab.html

ND's website is saying it will be on these local channels, but the channels' websites say otherwise. I get WBND and WCWW on my Comcast lineup here in southwestern Michigan, but I am not sure if the game will come on or night.

Does anybody know?! I have to see this game.

EDIT: "Come on or not"...

The SBT said the game is on WMYS, "non-cable channel 69." I have no idea what that means.

"Television: ESPN Regional: Lou Canellis (play-by-play analyst), Mike Kelley (color analyst). Game will be shown locally in South Bend on WMYS (Channel 69), WBND (Channel 57) and WCWW (Channel 25)."- from UND.com.

Honestly, it's the 2nd biggest game of the day and no one knows where we can watch this?

I've been researching it this morning and I am still not sure. I'm getting desperate ;)

Channel 69 should be a local, "power 5" channel in the South Bend area. I just tried my rabbit ears and it won't come in for me, but I am 35 miles from South Bend.

I am hoping that it's on Comcast channel 3 and/or 4, which are WBND and WCWW, respectively. The only thing troubling me is that the two channels' websites are showing different programming.

I would think that the ND website would have it right. I just hope that it is on Comcast as well as local channels.

Last resort: find a bar in South Bend/Mishawaka that has ESPN Full Court :)

More bad news: It looks like the game isn't even carried by ESPN Full Court (http://sports-ak.espn.go.com/ncb/schedules)!

This is ridiculous. Guess I'll be watching UCONN vs. GU if Comcast doesn't carry the ND game :(

Comcast in South Bend is showing it on channel 69's digital alternative, ch. 269. So if you don't have digital cable, it's back to Jack Nolan.

Yep. No game anywhere except digital cable or ESPN Full Court. The 360 feed is a good 3 minutes slow. Can't even get Gamecast to follow the stats (I know lots of people would rather follow Miami/Ohio).

If you want to watch some hoops on TV, G'Town/UCONN will be interesting with Thabeet vs. Hibbert.

I ended up watching it (still am) at the folk's house in Niles on local antenna channel 69 - it's the ESPN ALT broadcast. Now I wish I hadn't.

We're down THIRTY with 2:35 to go in the game. This has been ugly.

Welcome to life on the road in the Big East. We're gonna need more than 'Gody to be effective outside the Joyce in this league.

I Feel violated right now. Ugh.
